Notice of the 27th Standing Council on the results of the general election of the leaders of the associa

All relevant departments and member units within the associa5on, relevant ins5tu5ons and government departments:

The Diamond Federa.on of Hong Kong (DFHK) held a general elec.on mee.ng for the leadership of the Associa.on on March 6, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Ar.cles of Associa.on of the Associa.on, with more than 2/3 of the member representa.ves and more than 2/3 of the directors of the Associa.on aFending the mee.ng. The general elec.on is recommended by the Council of the Associa.on, and all members elect the new Honorary Secretary-General of the Associa.on by secret ballot.

After recommendations and layers of screening, Chief Jewelry Designer Li， Chujun from ODELIA Jewelry in the United States, Chief Jewelry Designer Dickson Yewn from Life of Circle in Hong Kong, and Mitsuo Kaiji, an independent jewelry designer from Japan Mitsuo Kaiji candidates enter the final round of competitive voting.

After counting the votes at the member congress, Li ，Chujun ranked first in the number of votes. The vo.ng results were submiFed to the board of directors for discussion and unanimous approval, and Li ，Chujun was appointed as the new honorary secretary-general. The term of office of the president of the associa.on is 3 years, from April 1, 2024, to April 1, 2027.
